Alone? Not in Boston

I can't remember the first time I heard it, but I know I was at work over a year ago and I laughed alot. It was a discussion between two co-workers, one of them was moving to a town in the area called Enola. Please note: this was prior to me moving to Enola. The conversation went something like this:

Co-worker 1: Hey! I'm moving to Enola!
Co-worker 2: Enola??
Co-worker 1: Yeah, why? What's wrong with Enola?
Co-worker 2: What is Enola spelled backwards?

(ALONE)

Fast forward to present day, I've lived in Enola, PA. just over 1 year now. Most of that time I have spent alone. (ie. no girlfriend) I tell you that story to tell you this one.

As I've mentioned in my last my post, I'm traveling to the Boston area this weekend for a job interview I have on Monday August 1st. A job interview I feel extremely confident about. If everything works out there is a very good chance I'll be moving to a town just 35 miles from Boton. So while I was surfing the web tonight I came across a very interesting link on Netscape's home page that read "Best Cities For Singles." Being a sucker for these ridiculous studies/reports I had to check and see what cities topped there list. To my delight, there was Boston, at #2, losing out only to Denver, and beating cities such as Las Vegas, New Orleans, Philadelphia, New York and Tampa.

So with any luck in a month or so I'll no longer be Alone in Enola, but rather close to city that ranked as the second best city to live in for a single guy like myself.
